# Delivery and acceptance for service orders

After you order on a confirmed quote, the Credits are reserved; once the platform delivers, “Confirm acceptance” appears on the receipt on the service page, and the Credits are deducted only when you confirm.

## The flow

- You order on the confirmed quote and the Credits are reserved; for milestone delivery the reservation lasts up to 60 days.
- Once the platform delivers, the receipt on the service page shows the Credits delivered, an evidence summary and the delivery time.
- “Confirm acceptance” appears on the receipt; the Credits are deducted when you confirm.

## When a quote expires

When a quote expires, the service page shows the request form again below the receipt, so you can submit the request again in place and get a new quote.
