# Compute Credits and Credit packs

Credits pay for research reports and services. The China region's member app is connected to WeChat Pay: buying Credit packs was opened to ordinary members in production on 2026-09-10, and a read-only production check on 2026-09-23 showed real payments received; whether you can place an order now is shown on the page. The global region does not take payment yet.

## Buying a Credit pack in the China region

- Choose a Credit pack in the store, confirm the agreement and place the order.
- Pay with WeChat Pay.
- Once the payment is verified the Credits are added automatically; follow the order in “My orders”.
- Conditions such as one first purchase per member follow the agreement and the page.

When you order with Credits, they are reserved first; for service orders they are deducted only after you accept the delivery.

- Transferring Credits to someone else.
- Self-service commission withdrawal. Under the China region's direct referral rules, commission payment can be requested by email.

Buying, using and refunding Credits, and their prices, follow the China region's Credit purchase and use agreement and its after-sales, refunds and corrections rules (see “Where to find the legal documents”).
