# My orders

“My orders” lists your Credit-pack orders and store orders (research reports, services and so on) with their progress; research reports are downloaded from the order.

## Common Credit-pack order statuses

|---|---|
| Placed, awaiting payment | The order exists but has not been paid. |
| Payment in progress | The payment is being confirmed. |
| Paid | The payment is confirmed. |
| Crediting / Credited | The Credits are being added, or have arrived. |
| Canceled / Expired | The order did not complete. |
| Refund in progress / Refunded | A refund is being processed, or has been returned. |
| Refund state unconfirmed | The refund result is still being checked. |

## Common store order statuses

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Placed, awaiting delivery | Credits are reserved and delivery is pending. |
| In delivery / Partially delivered | Delivery is under way, or part of it is done. |
| Delivered / Settled | Delivery is complete, or the order has been settled. |
| Reservation released | The reserved Credits went back to your balance. |
