| Do global and China accounts work in both regions? | No. Identity and data are separate in the two regions; register in the region where you will use the app. |
| Do I need an invite code to register? | Yes. Both regions require a 6-digit invite code, and the sign-up page shows whether registration is open. |
| What is the difference between Credits and points? | Credits pay for research reports and services; points record contribution and are issued from contribution valuations. They are two separate kinds of units and are not interchangeable. |
| Can I use points now? | Until redemption opens, points only accumulate and cannot be used; you will be told when it opens. |
| Can I pay in the global region? | The global region does not take payment yet. |
| How are services priced? | The Credits on a service page are a reference range, not a quote; the real price is the fixed quote you confirm. |
| How do I export or delete my data? | Submit a request under “Privacy and data”; staff handle it, and you can withdraw it until they start. |
