# First steps: from sign-up to your first order

A walk through in order: register with an invite code and sign in to the store; in the China region, buy a Credit pack, then use Credits for a research report or submit a service request; finally follow progress in “My orders”.

## Five steps

- Get a 6-digit invite code or an invite link and register in your region's member app: app.myrilum.com for the global region, app.myrilum.cn for the China region.
- Sign in; you land in the store.
- China region: choose a Credit pack in the store, confirm the agreement and pay with WeChat Pay; once the payment is verified the Credits are added automatically. The page shows whether an order can be placed.
- Use Credits to buy a listed research report and download the PDF from the order, or submit a request on a service page that accepts requests and order after confirming the fixed quote.
- Follow progress in “My orders”. For a service order you confirm acceptance after delivery, and the Credits are deducted only then.
