# 服务需求单与报价

中国区十二项服务开通了需求单：先提交需求，收到固定报价、确认后再下单，点数先预留、验收通过才扣。其余服务只有参考价。

- 我们确认交付范围后给出固定报价。
- 你确认报价后下单，点数先预留。
- 交付后由你验收，验收通过才扣点数。

## 参考价不是报价

服务页上的点数是参考范围，不是报价，也不会自动生成订单。没有开通需求单的服务，目前只能看参考价。
