# 文档怎样发布与更新

全球区的每次正式发布都绑定一个确定的源代码提交，通过生产回读后才算完成，并记进变更日志；新内容要有独立审查记录或记录在案的 Founder 决定才会发布。

## 每次发布

- 从一个确定的 Git 提交构建。
- 仓库检查与受保护预览都要通过。
- 只投影全球区允许清单里的文档。
- 生产环境要通过域名、证书、路由、元数据、搜索、引用、泄露与回滚的回读。
- 通过的发布记进变更日志：日期与提交。

## 新内容

新文档要有独立审查记录，或一条记录在案的 Founder 决定，才会在全球区发布；没有经过独立审查就发布的，发布清单里逐篇列出。

## 只读

文档与机器接口都只读，没有任何命令权限；全球区的发布授权不包括中国区发布、付款、资金、代币、对外的 Proof 签发或任何行动工具。
