Reading a service page
What each part of a service page means: what you receive, the scope of work, sample deliverables, the acceptance standard, the data touched, pricing and settlement, the delivery partner and the current status.
Parts of the page

| Scope of work and scope note | What the service covers and what it does not. |
| Sample deliverables | Examples of the deliverables; scroll sideways to see them. |
| Acceptance standard and how acceptance is judged | What makes a deliverable acceptable. |
| Data we touch | Which data the service touches. |
| Delivery language | Chinese; English quoted separately. |
| Delivery partner | Selected by Myrilum: a firm, or one exceptional individual. |
| Billing entity | The page names the company that bills you. |
Pricing and settlement
- Pricing is either a fixed scope, one-time, or a fixed scope, monthly.
- The Credits on the page are a reference range, not a quote; after you submit a request we confirm the scope, then give a fixed quote, and you order once you confirm it.
- Settlement reads “charged only on acceptance”.
