The contact email for member services, orders, privacy and complaints is info@myrilum.com; the feedback at the end of each article opens a prefilled email in your mail app.

info@myrilum.com. The China region's agreements name it as the contact for member services, orders, invoices, privacy and complaints; the after-sales rules say staff work 09:00–18:00 Beijing time on working days, and email is received at any time.
For an order problem, include
- The order number.
- A description of the problem.
- How you would like it resolved.
- Any material needed.
