Refunds and after-sales
In the China region, after-sales service, refunds and transaction corrections follow the after-sales, refunds and corrections rules; the global region has its own refund policy.
What the China-region rules cover
They cover Credit purchases, results orders paid with Credits, results orders bought directly with money, and related payment, delivery, acceptance and bookkeeping problems.
How to ask
- The rules say you can submit through the order's after-sales entry or by email to info@myrilum.com: the order number, a description of the problem, how you would like it resolved and any material needed.
- If there is no self-service button, you cannot sign in, or you have asked to close your account, you can still ask by email.
- Staff work 09:00–18:00 Beijing time on working days, and email is received at any time.
- If you disagree with the outcome, you can ask for escalation through the same channel to have it reviewed.
Global region
The global region's refund policy is at app.myrilum.com/legal/refunds.
